Content: Joint Rotary Club of Region 1 volunteered to improve the living environment of vulnerable families during the winter season.
On December 9th, when the real cold weather began, the Busan Rotary Club gathered together with members of the first region club to once again give warm hope to our neighbors.
This year's "Love Home Repair" volunteer effort aimed to improve the dilapidated living conditions of seniors who must spend the winter alone. From repairing windows to block drafts, to replacing flooring to block out the cold, to inspecting heating systems, the members dedicated themselves to ensuring the elderly had a warm winter.
Despite the cold weather, the atmosphere was heated by the passion of the members who came together across the club boundaries.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the members of the Busan Rotary Club and the Region 1 club who took the time to volunteer despite the holidays.
We hope that our seniors will have a healthy and comfortable winter in their newly renovated, warm homes. Our Busan Rotary Club will continue to provide practical assistance and contribute to the warmth of our neighbors' lives.
