From the records of the first year's competition in black and white photos
Leading up to the vivid and brand-new 57th year competition,
When looking at the footprints of Rotary accumulated over the flow of time
I feel a sense of pride along with deep emotion.
The 57th Annual District Conference for 2025-26 was a very meaningful occasion to reaffirm the values of harmony, sharing, and service.
On the first day, Professor Choi Seung-won, who is being used as a precious messenger of hope despite his physical discomfort caused by polio, delivered a lecture titled "Why not? Poliopolis Campaign" that conveyed deep resonance and emotion.
The Rotarian celebratory performances and busking on the second day made the atmosphere even warmer, and the bibimbap performance for 1,000 people was an impressive moment that visually demonstrated the meaning of sharing and harmony. In addition, the charity bazaar to raise funds for Folio and the sale of Rotaract merchandise served as a meaningful venue for participation.
The clear and beautiful voices of the Yeomyeong Choir and the lovely melodies of the Broadway Satellite Club Orchestra delivered a deeply moving experience,
The international flag performance and global fashion show by the multicultural children of the Yuyoung Satellite Club allowed us to feel diversity and hope together.
All these stages were the most precious moments that could never be exchanged, even for a performance by a famous guest singer receiving tens of millions of won in appearance fees.
